Self-Love-Portrait Workshop

This experience begins with a guided creativity meditation and light movement. With guidance from Ray Ray, each person sets an intention, removes mental barriers and gives permission to the higher self to freely create from a place of authenticity without expectation.
Ray Ray provides all of the materials and instruction, the participants create a self-portrait without limitation! The entire process can be tailored to a 2-hour workshop or stretched out over the course of several sessions.
